We are pleased to officially announce our Annual Event!
Helsreik: Scales of the Condemned!
This is a 6 day camping event with 4 days of In Character Gameplay, where you can truly immerse yourself in the World of Warhammer Fantasy.
Our event is a 24 hour In Character (IC) costumed event. This means during all IC Event days, players are expected to behave in an in character way and remain costumed.
In attending you will need to be able to manage your own physical & mental needs: including but not limited to supplying your own potable water and food for the duration of the event
Under 18 attendees must have a parent attending the event with them. Under 15 attendees must be supervised by an adult at all times
Bump in - 3/07/25 from 12pm
4 Days of Play - 4/07/25-7/07/25 starting 9am
Bump out - 8/07/2025 by 12pm
Tickets for our annual event, Helsreik: Scales of the Condemned, have officially been released!
Before purchasing your tickets, we would like to update you on some changes to our event.
This year, unfortunately, due to ongoing works at Victory Village at Riverbend, we are strictly unable to use any of the onsite structures at the village; the beautiful buildings will only serve as a wonderful and scenic backdrop for our game.
However because we cannot use the buildings, and due to popular demand, this year our event will be fully BYO!
We will provide more specific details on all of this in the Event Guide, which will be released soon!
Additionally in case you missed yesterday's post:
Ticket sales will close at 12pm on the 2nd of July 2025.
We will be offering discounted tickets to those who help make our events what they are, Please message the page prior to buying a ticket if you are :
- A photographer who wants to attend and photograph our event.
- If you have volunteered at a past Helsreik OR are planning to volunteer at this year’s Helsreik.
- If you are an NPC for Swordcraft Brisbane.
If you don’t message the page before buying your ticket, we will be unable to provide you with your discount.
This year interstate and concession tickets will be a separate ticket option to purchase no code required!
As we are using a new ticketing platform for this event please make sure you read over our updated terms and conditions as the terms and conditions are now in line with the swordcraft national standards.
